Context and challenges

It was in 2018, in the context of the transformation of the retail world and the desire to shake up a rather family-oriented corporate culture, that the celio* group began its collaboration with Bleexo. The group, specialized in ready-to-wear clothing, made the parallel with employee satisfaction: it was necessary to move from a top-down culture to an agile, efficient, collaborative and transverse culture. The objective? To listen to employees, measure their satisfaction and get all teams on board. Bleexo won the tender!

By checking all the boxes, Bleexo was deployed in two steps to allow all celio* employees to use the tool: first with a test group during 3 months, then with the whole celio* population. For both managers and HR directors, the Pulse employee survey tool was quickly integrated into the company's life, as everyone was able to share their experience on how to use it.

Bleexo's strengths

For Delphine Bouladoux, Pulse is a very good way to regularly take the pulse of teams, particularly in the context of the deployment of a transformation plan. Integrating Bleexo's tools has allowed us to change our habits: taking the time to learn how to work better and be effective together, helping managers to support their teams, and at the HR level, better supporting managers in their leadership.

Thanks to the Ask module, celio* was also able to launch surveys on more specialized topics, especially during the health crisis. This tool reinforces the monthly surveys launched via Pulse, and allowed celio* to establish a dynamic of sharing and follow-up. The goal of the HR team? To open up even more possibilities by showing managers the range of features they can use to save time and improve the internal feedback culture.
