Isagri, a software publisher for the agricultural sector, has chosen to use Bleexo's 360° Feedback as part of its projects for 2023. The objective? To introduce managers to the culture of feedback (managerial transformation) thanks to a tool that allows them to see themselves through the eyes of others - a project that is supported by the Executive Committee.

Among several service providers, Bleexo was chosen for its ergonomics, functionality and value for money.

Setting up the 360° Feedback was both easy and quick, thanks to the support of Bleexo teams. As for use, Isagri's HR department relies on the ready-to-use question banks available in the tool, thanks to the existing templates. For Jérôme Marlot, HR and QWL Development Manager, there is no need to create new ones, since the library is sufficiently rich.

According to the internal survey conducted within the group to collect feedback on the tool, 83% of employees are ready to launch a 360° Feedback, and 82% feel comfortable answering it.

The implementation was done very quickly, and the deployment of the tool was optimized between each test phase. The support is well established: employees are informed and managers are helped thanks to the package developed by the Bleexo team. The 360° Feedback has been a real lever of transformation for Isagri's managerial culture, allowing not only to detect irritants, but also to value the skills of employees to help them maintain their performance.

Feedback from employees, gathered through a targeted survey, is positive: ergonomics and ease of use are the most numerous qualifications, rated more than 4/5 on average during the Isagri internal survey. As for the advantages, they include the benevolent approach, simplicity, clarity, feedback, perception of work, exchange with the manager, objective feedback, and sharing.

After an initial test phase that allowed Jérôme Marlot to frame the project, launching a 360° Feedback is becoming a real ritual within Isagri. The goal is to extend its use to all of the group's managers and employees. So, what is your advice for using it? Trust yourself to set up, use and report the results, trust your managers and make them aware of their responsibilities in terms of adapting their posture to the elements highlighted by the evaluation tool.
