Context and challenges

As a service company, we place the human being at the center of our concerns, we need intelligent, committed and united teams.

As President, I guide the agency, its short and medium term development, I lead the management bodies and generally, I am in charge of the supervision of the HR function for the whole agency.

Very attentive to the Quality of Life at Work, we used to carry out very specific internal surveys, biased by the lack of a trusted third party and which required fairly heavy processing.

We then decided to equip ourselves with a tool that would allow for simple and regular feedback from the teams, a tool that could provide us with a global vision of the agency on QWL criteria. The objective was to enable everyone to express their assessments in a transparent manner.

The Bleexo effect

Bleexo is a breakthrough because, for the first time, we have permanent feedback with a certain distortion between the perception of employees and that of management, proof of the tool's usefulness! The other point of rupture is that Bleexo pushes us to act, to set up action plans, and to find answers. Internal communication is therefore also modified and must work hand in hand with managers.
