A testimonial from :
In 2018 after the arrival of the new president of SGS France, QWL was defined as one of the main levers of the new strategy. It was therefore quickly decided that one of the areas of intervention would be the implementation of a comprehensive QWL barometer, in order to be able to exploit the data, create an action plan and measure its impact. Pulse, Bleexo's employee survey tool, was the solution to establish continuous monitoring and to support reorganization or transformation projects, especially in a health crisis context.
Thanks to Bleexo, SGS was able to launch four successive employee surveys. The objective was twofold: to stay in touch with the teams by giving them a voice, and to identify specific situations in order to organize actions and mobilize resources to help employees in difficulty. What is the most important thing about Pulse for SGS? The ease of publishing survey results thanks to automated reports, which allows for easier analysis.
SGS was looking for a tool that would allow them to launch regular flash surveys, in a simple manner, with rapid exploitation of the results... the Pulse employee survey tool met all the criteria! Thanks to Bleexo, the HR department at SGS was able to build up a fine mesh of analysis, identify difficulties, present the results to the Executive Committee, re-mobilize the managerial line and organize targeted communications or actions.
"Beyond the service provided by Bleexo, I was pleased with the ease of implementation and the functionality of the tools, which really met our needs."
Pulse is also a real help for managers: it gives teams the opportunity to exchange with their N+1 thanks to the anonymity and the verbatim response system.
"Go for it with Bleexo! It's an effective solution, the essential component of a QWL approach and a structured system."
For SGS, Bleexo has been a real driving force for many managers, who have become aware of the importance of staying in touch with their teams, and have been able to manage the crisis situation more easily, by knowing how to anticipate, provide reassurance and information, and offer perspectives.
