We were interested in Bleexo because in this context of change and transformation, we obviously designed an action plan. It seemed essential to us to be able to monitor the adherence and understanding of this plan by managers and to highlight the points of vigilance and the actions to be implemented. We are a large group and we use many digital platforms. I must say that beyond the content, the form of Bleexo is interesting: Bleexo is very ergonomic and pragmatic. This is very important because being a manager on a daily basis means having the means to carry out one's duties. In this respect, Bleexo is a very agile tool available to managers. It makes it easier for them to do their job, concretely, on a daily basis.
