Context and challenges

We were interested in Bleexo because in this context of change and transformation, we obviously designed an action plan. It seemed essential to us to be able to monitor the adherence and understanding of this plan by managers and to highlight the points of vigilance and the actions to be implemented. Bleexo allows us to do this, unlike the annual survey we used to have. What is the level of understanding of each department? With Bleexo, we can provide each activity manager - in his or her environment - with a precise and analytical vision

As a HRD, what interests me at Bleexo are the specific subjects: Quality of Life at Work, HR development, training and recognition through compensation, among others. The more detailed indicators offered by Bleexo allow me to make adjustments with my team.

At VINCI Construction Terrassement, a few years ago we had a strong culture of feeling and speaking. Bleexo represents an evolution in our management methods: taking into account this type of internal survey brings us meaning and factual information. Bleexo is a way to ensure that all teams move forward at the same pace and together. It's an alignment tool. In addition to quantitative and statistical analysis, we produce a qualitative analysis. Bleexo allows us to implement relevant action plans for employees and performance. For example, we were able to analyze that the understanding of the strategy was not the same for everyone. The Management Committee is therefore going to carry out a road show in the coming weeks, as close as possible to the teams, to clarify this point.

Another example, with the evolution of the legal framework of training (DIF, CPF...) we knew that there was an internal frustration, a lack of understanding while we invest a little more each year in this area. Bleexo allowed us to clarify the expectations of employees and their problems. Thus we are currently working on a toolbox for training in all its forms.

Bleexo's strengths

We are a large group and we use many digital platforms. I must say that beyond the content, the form of Bleexo is interesting: Bleexo is very ergonomic and pragmatic. This is very important because being a manager on a daily basis means having the means to carry out one's duties. In this respect, Bleexo is a very agile tool available to managers. It makes it easier for them to do their job, concretely, on a daily basis.
