Context and challenges

I am responsible for internal communication and employer branding. My job is to make my company known, it's a communication issue. At the same time, we have to be educational in order to explain internally the challenges of recruitment in today's world. None of this is possible without organizing dialogue between all the stakeholders.

I became interested in Bleexo because we have been conducting a survey every 4 years for the past 20 years. I wanted to be inspired by new, more agile practices.
