Context and challenges

Keolis turned to Bleexo during the health crisis in 2020, to be able to best support their teams who were split between those who remained in 100% telework and those who alternated telework and periods of partial activity on site. The objective was to be able to take the temperature of the employees, who by necessity had less interaction with their manager.

Bleexo also helped both the HR department and the managers by enabling them to communicate on the issues raised by the teams.

The first benefit Keolis was looking for was simple: to be able to support and reassure their teams during a period of new company organization. Thanks to Pulse, our employee survey tool, they were able to launch surveys and collect feedback, and thus adapt their management and HR strategy according to employee feedback.
