Our success is undoubtedly to have been visionary in cloud computing on the French, American and Chinese markets and to have brought this solution to the largest software publisher: Dassault Systèmes. Today, our major HR challenges are to be able to recruit and retain our talents and to be able to develop the skills of each of them. The first cannot be achieved without the second.

Why were we interested in Bleexo? Initially, we wanted to take the pulse of the company. We were looking for an annual survey, but we identified Bleexo as being much closer to our organization and our culture. We were immediately attracted by the idea of conducting surveys on a regular basis.
